- 4 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, and cilantro.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together lime juice, mayonnaise, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture.
- Toss well to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
