- 2 large eggs

- 1/4 cup sugar (for topping)
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla to the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon for the topping. Sprinkle it over the batter.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing and serving.
