A warm and delicious cinnamon roll casserole perfect for breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients

- 2 cans of refrigerated cinnamon rolls
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and place them in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls.
- Drizzle maple syrup on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.

- Serve warm for best flavor.
- Add nuts or raisins for extra texture.
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight.
