A delicious blend of cinnamon rolls and cheesecake for a unique dessert.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups cinnamon roll dough
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mix well.
- Roll out the cinnamon roll dough and cut into small pieces.
- In a separate bowl, combine melted butter and ground cinnamon.
- Layer the cinnamon roll pieces in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cinnamon rolls.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm or chilled.
- Top with whipped cream for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
