Instructions

  1. Warm the milk and dissolve the yeast.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add the milk mixture, eggs, and melted butter. Stir until combined.
  4. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
  5. Let the dough rise until doubled in size.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  7. Spread butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar on the dough.
  8. Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
  9. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise.
  10. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
  11. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar for frosting.
  12. Frost the rolls while warm.
