- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cream cheese (for frosting)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for frosting)
Instructions
- Warm the milk and dissolve the yeast.
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Add the milk mixture, eggs, and melted butter. Stir until combined.
- Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
- Let the dough rise until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar on the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
- Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar for frosting.
- Frost the rolls while warm.

- Ensure the milk is warm, not hot, to activate the yeast.
- Roll the dough tightly for even baking.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
