Description

Ingredients

- 6 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of sugar for coating
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Instructions
- Roll out each slice of bread to flatten it.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.
- Spread the mixture on each slice of bread.
- Roll up the bread tightly.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk.
- Dip each roll in the egg mixture.
- In a separate bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook each roll until golden brown on all sides.
- Coat in cinnamon sugar mixture.
