- 1 cup milk

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

- Add ground beef, breaking it up until browned.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, and red wine.
- Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add milk and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with pasta and garnish with fresh basil.
