  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove and let it cool.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  6. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  7. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed.
  8. Blend in sour cream and flour until the mixture is creamy and well combined.
  9. Pour the filling over the cooled crust.
  10. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  11. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour.
  12. Remove from oven and cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
