Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Prepare the turkey by removing the giblets and patting it dry.
  3. Rub the turkey with melted butter, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff the turkey with stuffing if desired.
  5. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and roast for 3-4 hours.
