Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Roll out the puff pastry and place it in a baking dish.
- Bake the pastry for 15 minutes until golden brown.
- In a saucepan, heat milk and vanilla extract.
- In a bowl, mix sugar, cornstarch, and egg yolks.
- Combine milk mixture with the egg mixture, stir continuously over heat until thickened.
- Pour the custard over the baked pastry.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
