- 1 large cob loaf
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut the top off the cob loaf and hollow out the inside.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese, red onion, bacon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the hollowed cob loaf with the mixture.
- Place the cob loaf on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve warm with the bread pieces you removed from the loaf.
