Instructions

  2. Cut the top off the cob loaf and hollow out the inside.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese, red onion, bacon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill the hollowed cob loaf with the mixture.
  5. Place the cob loaf on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve warm with the bread pieces you removed from the loaf.
