Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the pineapple, shredded coconut, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Add the almond flour and stir until combined.
- Form small balls with the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool before serving.
