- 4 slices of bread
- 1 cup of coconut cream
- 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- Butter for cooking
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix coconut cream and shredded coconut.
- Spread the coconut mixture between two slices of bread.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, coating both sides.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook each sandwich until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve warm with syrup or fresh fruit.

- You can use any type of bread.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding sugar to the egg mixture.
