Instructions

  4. Add eggs, vanilla, bananas, and sour cream. Mix well.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in walnuts and cinnamon.
  7. Pour the batter into muffin tins.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before serving.
