Ingredients

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cucumber, cherry tomatoes, corn, red onion, and parsley.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
