Ingredients

- 1 bunch collard greens, washed and chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup vegetable broth
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in minced garlic and red pepper flakes.
- Add chopped collard greens and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
- Cover and cook for 15 minutes until greens are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.

- Use fresh collard greens for best flavor.
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
