A flavorful compound butter perfect for turkey during Thanksgiving.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine softened butter with herbs and spices.
- Mix until well blended.
- Shape the butter into a log using plastic wrap.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Slice and use on turkey before roasting.
