Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the cream cheese mixture.
- Fold in sour cream and chocolate chips.
- In another bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Stir in milk and mix until combined.
- Layer the cheesecake batter with dollops of the cookie dough mixture in a springform pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let it cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- Slice and serve cold, optionally topped with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle.
