Ingredients

  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add heavy cream and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  6. Fold in cookie dough pieces and chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the pan.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
  9. Let it cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing.
  • Top with extra cookie dough if desired.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
