- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats and almond milk.
- Add almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir and enjoy your cookie dough overnight oats.
Notes
- Can substitute almond milk with any milk of your choice.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
- Top with extra chocolate chips if desired.
