Description
A quick and easy recipe for making copycat Five Guys Cajun fries in an air fryer or oven.
Ingredients

- 4 large russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes.
- Cut the potatoes into fry shapes.
- Soak the fries in cold water for 30 minutes.
- Drain and pat the fries dry.
- In a bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and salt.
- If using an air fryer, preheat to 400°F and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway. If using an oven, preheat to 425°F and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra crispiness, air fry in batches.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
