Description
A homemade version of Taco Bell’s popular nacho fries.
Ingredients

- 4 large russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into thin fries.
- In a bowl, toss fries with vegetable oil and taco seasoning.
- Spread fries on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Remove fries and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Return to oven for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve with nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, and green onions.
Notes
- Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
- For extra crunch, consider frying the fries instead of baking.
- Serve immediately for best flavor.
