Description

Coquito is a traditional Puerto Rican coconut eggnog.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup white rum
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine coconut milk, evaporated milk, and sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Add white rum, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into bottles and refrigerate.
  5. Serve chilled and shake well before serving.

  • Adjust rum quantity to taste.
