Traditional Puerto Rican coquito recipe.
Ingredients

- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup white rum
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, and evaporated milk.
- Add white rum, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg.
- Blend the mixture until smooth.
- Pour into bottles and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
Notes
- Shake well before serving.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a month.
