Ingredients

  • 1 package (8.5 oz) corn muffin mix
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix corn, sour cream, melted butter, and cheddar cheese.
  3. Add corn muffin mix, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
