- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups cornflakes, crushed
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix buttermilk with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast in the buttermilk mixture.
- Coat the chicken with crushed cornflakes.
- Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

- You can use thighs instead of breasts.
