- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Stir in almond flour, baking powder, and chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Use any nut flour if almond flour is unavailable.
