Ingredients

- 1 cup crab meat
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce.
- Lay out an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface.
- Place a spoonful of the crab mixture in the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the sides over the mixture and roll tightly.
- Heat oil in a pan for frying.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Ensure the oil is hot before frying.
- You can use imitation crab if preferred.
