Instructions

  2. Lay out an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface.
  3. Place a spoonful of the crab mixture in the center of the wrapper.
  4. Fold the sides over the mixture and roll tightly.
  5. Heat oil in a pan for frying.
  6. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown on all sides.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels.
