- 1 cup diced apples
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and celery; sauté until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, apples, cranberries, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour sautéed mixture and broth over the bread mixture; stir to combine.
- Transfer stuffing to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.

- You can use leftover bread or store-bought stuffing mix.
