Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Add chopped cranberries to the dry mixture.
- In another bowl, combine orange juice, oil, egg, and vanilla.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool before slicing.
