Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Rinse the cranberries and remove any stems.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, onion, and vinegar.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
  4. Add raisins, cinnamon, cloves, salt, and pepper.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  7. Store in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Chutney can be made up to a week in advance.
  • Adjust sugar based on your taste preference.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature.
