Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, combine cranberry sauce and barbecue sauce.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs in the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
Notes
- Serve with toothpicks as an appetizer.
- Pair with rice or mashed potatoes for a main dish.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
