A delicious cream cheese ball appetizer perfect for parties.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a ball.
- Roll the cheese ball in chopped nuts and cranberries until fully coated.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Serve with crackers or bread.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add some chopped jalapeños.
- Can be made a day in advance.
- Experiment with different nuts for coating.
