- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

- 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
- 8 flour tortillas

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, half of the cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a small amount of enchilada sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
- Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle with the remaining cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
