- 12 mini bell peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the mini peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and chives.
- Stuff each pepper half with the cheese mixture.
- Place stuffed peppers on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the peppers are tender.
- Serve warm.
