A fresh and crunchy creamy broccoli salad.
Ingredients

- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup diced red onion
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
Instructions
- Wash and chop the broccoli into florets.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, red onion, carrots, and raisins.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
- Add sunflower seeds and stir gently.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sugar according to taste.
- For added crunch, use toasted sunflower seeds.
- This salad can be made a day in advance.
