Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cups cooked pasta
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, spinach, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked pasta to the mixture and stir until combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
