- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package directions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until chicken is no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes.
- Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream and pesto sauce.
- Add the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese, mixing well.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

- Use grilled chicken for added flavor.
- Substitute gluten-free pasta if needed.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
