Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 packet gelatin
- 3 tablespoons cold water
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream, milk, and sugar over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
- Stir in the instant coffee and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add the gelatin mixture to the warm cream mixture and stir until dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- To serve, unmold the panna cotta and enjoy.
