Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken and Rigatoni in Parmesan Sauce

Description

Creamy garlic butter chicken served with rigatoni in a rich parmesan sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 8 ounces rigatoni
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Add to the skillet.
  5. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  6. Remove chicken from skillet and slice.
  7. Pour heavy cream into the skillet and stir.
  8. Add parmesan cheese and mix until melted and smooth.
  9. Add cooked rigatoni and stir to combine.
  10. Serve rigatoni with sliced chicken on top. Garnish with parsley.

  • Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
  • Use more or less garlic based on your preference.
