Description

Creamy garlic parmesan chicken served with cheesy twisted pasta.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces twisted pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
  8. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with sauce.
  9. Serve over twisted pasta and garnish with parsley.

Notes

  • You can use chicken thighs if preferred.
  • Adjust garlic quantity to taste.
  • For a lighter version, use half and half instead of heavy cream.
