- 1 pound steak
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the steak with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the steak for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
- While the steak is grilling, toss the zucchini slices in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the zucchini for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Remove the steak and zucchini from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Slice the steak into strips.
- In a bowl, layer the cooked rice, grilled zucchini, and sliced steak.
- Dollop sour cream on top and garnish with fresh parsley.
