Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and lemon zest; stir well.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Return chicken to the pan and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
