A creamy one pot Cajun chicken linguine with garlic parmesan sauce that is easy to prepare and packed with flavor.

- 12 oz linguine
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and Cajun seasoning. Cook until chicken is browned.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add linguine and cook until al dente.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less Cajun seasoning.
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
