Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and Cajun seasoning. Cook until chicken is browned.
  3. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add linguine and cook until al dente.
