Creamy parmesan pasta with sautéed garlic butter chicken.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  5. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes per side.
  6. Remove chicken from skillet and let rest before slicing.
  7. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and heavy cream.
  8. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  9. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
  10. Serve pasta topped with sliced chicken and garnish with parsley.
