  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for another minute until fragrant.
