- 300g pasta
- 200g salmon fillet
- 150g fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the salmon fillet to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and flake into pieces.
- In the same pan, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Stir in the flaked salmon and cooked pasta. Mix until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve with Parmesan cheese on top.
