Creamy salmon and spinach pasta is a delicious and easy dish that combines tender pasta with a rich sauce, salmon, and fresh spinach.


Ingredients

  • 300g pasta
  • 200g salmon fillet
  • 150g fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add the salmon fillet to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and flake into pieces.
  4. In the same pan, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Stir in the flaked salmon and cooked pasta. Mix until well combined.
  7. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with Parmesan cheese on top.
