A rich and creamy seafood alfredo pasta dish that combines fresh seafood with a velvety sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 lb scallops
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and scallops to the skillet. Cook until shrimp is pink and scallops are opaque.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  7. Plate the pasta and garnish with parsley before serving.
