- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, and milk until smooth.
- Add shredded cheddar and jack cheese to the mixture.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
