- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can green enchilada sauce

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add shrimp, cumin, salt, and pepper; cook until shrimp are pink.
- Mix in cream cheese until melted.
- Fill tortillas with shrimp mixture and roll them up.
